Food Safety Training

DM Training can provide you with bespoke Food Safety training to meet your business needs and to meet the needs of the Food Safety Act 1990, the General Food Law Regulation (EC) 178/2002, and the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013

The courses we can provide are:

Level 1 award in food safety 

level 2 Award in Food Safety 

Level 3 award in food safety 

These courses are suitable for all catering staff working in an environment where food is handled, prepared, cooked and served. Refresher courses can also be delivered for staff who have previously gained the qualifications. 

Health & Safety Training

Health & safety training courses start at Level 1, which is ideal for those new to the workplace through to level 3 which is designed for supervisors and managers with health and safety responsibilities.
